| On the other side of the room....not all niches need be used for what they were designated for.Here it was apparently set up for a T.V. By using this area to show case the crane sculptures and a tree allowed others to envision other uses for this space. By using fabric around the windows, area rugs, and plants warmed up this otherwise cold space. | |
BEFORE STAGING:
This master bedroom has too many large pieces creating a very full
room. Along with the walls being white and no accessories gave the
room no focal point. |
AFTER STAGING:
By moving the dresser under the window and taking the sitting chair out allowed that bulky feel to disappear, and allowed more space around the bed. Along with painting an accent wall and adding some key accessories gave this room a warm cozy feel. |
BEFORE STAGING:  This room seems cluttered and small. |
AFTER STAGING:  With the removal of excess furniture, the addition of a colorful area rug, a window dressing & with the correct room accessories this becomes a spacious office. |
BEFORE STAGING:  Seems like a tight squeeze.. |
AFTER STAGING:  .The adding of greenery, and the rearrangement gave the room more space & light, making it more inviting.. |
BEFORE STAGING:  This type of furniture exists in many homes that we see - and yet the buyer appeal is just not there! |
AFTER STAGING:  Adding a window dressing, pillows, and a single colorful piece of art, what a difference! |
BEFORE STAGING:  No continuity, & incorrect scaling left this room lifeless. |
AFTER STAGING:  Continuity with the bedding, proper scale of accessories and some faux paint makes all the difference! |
