BEFORE STAGING: With a rather large window and a vacant look, this wall looks unusable.	AFTER STAGING: By placing a colorful bench with coordinating window treatment, this allows the room to have a sitting area, where vacant it was just a square room.

BEFORE STAGING: Entering this home while vacant looked very elongated (carpet and tile combination brings out this effect more) and unable to envision how the room could be used.	AFTER STAGING: By placing two different sitting areas facing the entry allowed a warm and welcoming feel. The continuity between the window treatments and the large art piece in the middle allowed the room to not feel as elongated.
